Screening

• All clients and visitors are asked to self screen and re-book their appointment if they are experiencing any flu like symptoms.

Disinfection & Sanitization

• Ample time before and after an appointment is designated to clean and sanitize the clinic

• All mail and packages that enter the clinic will be sanitized

• Strict sterilization procedures are in place for any non-disposable items used intraorally

Scheduling

• Access into the clinic is by appointment, please call the office to schedule your appointment.

Personal Protective Equipment

• Hand sanitizer is provided upon arrival

• We are a mask friendly clinic, clients and visitors may wear their own mask should they choose.

• 30-second pre-rinse with mouthwash will be required at the start of each appointment before the treatment can begin

• Staff will be wearing enhanced PPE including a clean lab coat and, level 3 mask and gloves

Social Distancing

• Plexiglass has been installed at the reception desk

• Our reception area has been reorganized to implement social distancing
